General Terms and Conditions (AGB)

for Coaching Services

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching services
provided by

(“Coach”).

By booking a coaching package or group process you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Offered

We offer individual coaching packages and/or group processes aimed at personal and professional development. The specific content, format, and pricing will be agreed
upon individually in writing (email is sufficient).

Coaching is a self-responsible process of reflection and change. It is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological treatment.

3. Booking and Contract Conclusion

A coaching agreement is concluded once you receive a confirmation from us (via email or booking system) following your inquiry or booking.

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone coaching services at our discretion, especially in cases where coaching may not be suitable.

4. Fees and Payment

Prices are listed in Euros (€). The applicable fees will be
clearly communicated before booking.

  • Payment
    is due in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment methods
    will be agreed individually (e.g. bank transfer).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

For individual sessions:

  • Cancellations
    or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Sessions cancelled
    with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged in full.
     

For packages or group formats:

  • Cancellation terms
    will be agreed in writing before booking
  • No
    refunds are given for partially used packages, unless required by law.

In case of coach-side cancellation (e.g. illness), the session will be rescheduled without extra cost.

6. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. We do not accept liability for the achievement of specific outcomes or for
decisions made by clients during or after the coaching process.

Clients remain responsible for their own health and actions at all times.

7. Confidentiality

All client information and session content will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, or content shared during the coaching process remain the intellectual property of the coach and may not be
copied, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Right of Withdrawal (for consumers)

If you are a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB and book services online, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within
14 days without giving reasons, provided the service has not yet begun.

If the coaching session begins before the withdrawal period ends and you have expressly agreed to this, the right of withdrawal may be waived once the service is fully rendered.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Final Provisions

Should any part of these terms be or become invalid, the remainder shall remain valid. The invalid provision shall be replaced by one
that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
