Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsbelehrung)
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from
this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the
contract was concluded (i.e.from the day the contract is concluded).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of
a clear written statement (e.g., by email or letter). You may use the attached
sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you
send your message concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before
the 14-day period has expired.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all
payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days
from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment
method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will
not be charged any fees for this refund.
3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
If you have expressly requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully provided.
If the service begins during the withdrawal period and you withdraw before it is fully performed, you must pay for the portion of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
In such cases, your explicit consent (e.g. via checkbox or written confirmation) is required before the service begins.
